How do the shirts fit?
Think easy and comfortable, with room to move around the chest and tummy. These shirts sit loosely rather than hugging your body—lovely for a braai, a kuier or an ordinary busy day.
For an everyday fit, start with the size you normally wear, then check the measurements below. If you like a closer fit, compare a smaller size with a favourite shirt. For an extra roomy look, compare the next size up. If you are between two sizes, the larger one gives you more room.
Shopping from South Africa?
There is no need to guess a South African-to-American size conversion. A “Large” can fit differently from one shop to another. The easiest way to choose is to measure a T-shirt that already fits you—or the person you are buying for.
We have done the conversion for you: centimetres are shown first, with inches alongside them for family in the USA.
Three easy steps
- Lay a favourite T-shirt flat on a table. Smooth it gently without stretching it.
- Measure across: from one side to the other, just below the sleeves. This is the width of the shirt lying flat, not the measurement all the way around your chest.
- Measure down: from the top of the shoulder, beside the neck, to the bottom edge. Compare both measurements with the chart.

Example: if your favourite shirt measures about 56 cm across and 75 cm from shoulder to bottom, L is the closest match in this chart.
